About Nabil Kassem

Nabil N. Kassem, the managing partner of Kassem & Camejo, LLC, which currently hosts its main offices in Clifton, New Jersey and two satellite offices, one in West Caldwell, New Jersey and the other in Yonkers, New York has developed a wide spectrum of clients from Federal to Municipal court. As the lead attorney, Nabil Kassem advises clients throughout the New York and New Jersey areas regarding a wide variety of litigation concerns. Mr. Kassem, who has over two decades of practice in both the civil and criminal field has earned his reputation as a tenacious adversary and staunch advocate on behalf of his clients. Indeed, almost a quarter of a century, Nabil Kassem has represented thousands of individuals in state, federal, appellate and municipal courts in both New Jersey and New York. Proficient in not only Spanish, but Arabic as well, coupled with, of course, being fluent in English, Nabil N. Kassem participates in all aspects of a cases ranging from complex federal litigations down to municipal court traffic matters. Over the years, Nabil Kassem has not only proven his advocacy skills, he has also demonstrated his ability to resolve matters expeditiously and efficiently. In fact, Mr. Kassem is a certified court mediator and, much like his litigation experience, he has mediated cases ranging from minor settlement negotiations to complex commercial litigations. Coupled with the foregoing civil litigation experience, Nabil N. Kassem has handled significant criminal matters, including but not limited to being the lead attorney in attempted murder case and other first degree crimes.

Prior to commencing his stellar legal career, Nabil Kassem boasts having graduated from Columbia University in New York. While earning his bachelor of arts in political science, Nabil Kassem earned his varsity letter playing for the school’s football team. Furthermore, Mr. Kassem served as a senator for Columbia University’s dorm council as well as leading students in a myriad of other extra circular activities. After graduating, Nabil Kassem enrolled at Seton Hall University School of Law to earn his juris doctor. While attending Seton Hall University, Nabil Kassem belonged to the Sir Thomas Moore Society, participated in the moot court program, while also he mentored new students as well as a wide array of other activities. Before entering private practice, Nabil Kassem interned with the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office for a summer and went on to clerk for the Honorable Frank M. Donato, J.S.C. and performed as services as the Public Defender in both North Caldwell and Essex Fells, New Jersey.
